Mission 212 Foundation is honored to have supported Wesley and his 15-year-old daughter, Maddison, during his cancer journey. Wesley, who resides in Lake Lotawana, was diagnosed with colon cancer and receives treatment at the University of Kansas, where his oncologist also treats Austin, creating a unique bond between them. Initially, Wesley did not have a significant financial request, he needed assistance covering medical services that were highly recommended but not covered by insurance. Later, Mission 212 had the privilege of visiting Wesley during his rehab stay, where we were able to offer him support and provide a tremendous amount of hope, especially considering Austin’s own journey of suffering. Our donation went directly toward Wesley’s rehab services, enabling him to heal and recover while continuing his fight against cancer.
